eMedical provides free shipping on all orders inside the Continental U.S. and orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Orders received before 3pm EST are shipped the same business day. Our average transit time is between 1 to 3 days depending on proximity from our shipping locations. Orders are shipped in discreet brown cardboard package to ensure your privacy. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you are unsure which product is best for you we offer sample packs with different brands so that you are able to determine which brief, underwear, pad or guard is best for you. Shipping & Delivery
Return Policy
We offer a 45 day no hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can simply return any unopened packages for a prorated refund. Please contact our customer service for a customer return number prior to making any returns. Please allow 10 to 14 days after your return for the refund to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned orders. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of our customer.
